All items under 13 oz. will be shipped First Class US Postal Service 2-5 days. If you desire faster shipping Please contact me.
Items over 13 oz and up to 20 items will be shipped Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope 2-3 days.
Over 20 items (some customers have bought 40 to 50 items at one time)
will be shipped in a Priority Mail flat rate box. 2-3 days.
All Purchases are shipped with 2 days Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Returns Jewelry, USA Customers only
I want all of my customers to be completely satisfied with their jewelry and therefore I guarantee all of my jewelry for 1 year should you have a problem with your purchase I will repair it free of charge, you pay the shipping.
You have 14 days in which to return your jewelry should it be defective. Please email me with 3 days of receiving item and I will either replace the piece or refund your money whichever you desire. This guarantee does not apply to purchases damaged in delivery or after item leaves my business.
Insurance can be purchased for $1.50 & I highly recommend it. USA only.
Insurance is not available for beads.
